For a limited time only, adult groups can receive 10% off admissions and Heritage Talks on visits until 30 November, 2025, when booked before the end of April. This offer includes:
- 10% off admission for your group.
- 10% off an optional Heritage Talk.
- A £10 food and beverage voucher for coach drivers.

Groups who book in advance also access a range of benefits, including:
- Free parking (including coach or minibus).
- 1 complimentary admission ticket per group.

Group FAQs
- Groups visits are self-guided.
- There must be 10+ visitors purchasing an admission ticket to classify as a group.
- Group tickets are for day admission only and do not include an annual ticket.
- If a member of the group has an annual ticket, they must make a separate booking using their membership number.
- Charges must be paid as a group, we won’t be able to charge each member of the group individually.
- All members of the group must check-in at the same time.
- Tickets and deposit are non-refundable.
- Our group rates are available for groups between 10 – 55.
- Groups are required to book in advance in order to benefit from the group rate.
- In the unlikely event that the date of your booking is no longer available (e.g. closure due to weather), we reserve the right to offer you an alternative date or refund.
10% discount – until 30 April, 2025
- The 10% discount is applicable for adult group admissions and Heritage Talks only (Dome Shows and other extras not included).
- We have two group slots available per day.
- You can reserve a date, by paying a non-refundable deposit payment equivalent to 10 admission tickets (the minimum required to classify as a group).
- You can later on add more tickets to your booking by clicking here and completing a form.
- You would then have up to 3-working days before the visit to confirm final group numbers and pay the remaining balance of your booking.
Our booking system will guide you through the process so that you can:
- Choose your visit date and arrival time.
- Select the ticket quantity required. If you don’t wish to pay for the whole group straight away, you can pay a deposit which will reserve the date and arrival slot.
- Add on an optional Dome Show for your group to enjoy, or a Heritage Talk if you are coming on a day when they are available.
If you need to change the date of your booking you may do so if it is more than 30 days away. Please contact us via email at groupsjodrellbank@manchester.ac.uk and we will do our best to accommodate a change, subject to availability.
We regret that we are not able to reschedule your visit if it is less than 30 days away and tickets are non-refundable. Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement is a not-for-profit organisation; every booking is important to sustain our business so that we can continue to offer learning opportunities.
If cancelling a confirmed booking, we will be unable to refund any purchased tickets or deposit.
Jodrell Bank opens at 10am; please note, we are unable to allow your group on site before this time.
If you have booked a paid activity an your journey is delayed, you should contact us at 01477-571-766 and provide an estimated time of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate any late arrivals, however this cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds for any missed activities in whole or in part due to late arrival.
