Annual Tickets

All tickets purchased online are now Annual Tickets.

This enables you to return to Jodrell Bank within 12 months.

It also enables us to treat your ticket as a donation, meaning that if you’re a UK taxpayer, we can claim 25p for every £1 at no extra cost to you.

Admission Timeslots

All Annual Ticket holders are also required to book an Admission Timeslot. This confirms the date of your visit and the time of your arrival.

When you book online, you’ll be asked to firstly buy your Annual Tickets, and then to book your Admission Timeslots.

All visitors must have both an Annual Ticket and an Admission Timeslot for everyone in their party.

Dome Shows

You can also choose to add a planetarium-style Dome Show to your visit. Shows are not included in your Annual Ticket and are charged at an extra £5.

What do I need to do?

It’s strongly advised that you book online. When booking online, you’ll be able to:

Buy your Annual Ticket
Book your Admission Timeslot(s)
Add on an optional Dome Show

Do I have to book online?

No, but it helps to guarantee your entry time and avoid queues on the day. If you do not book in advance online, you will be able to buy a Day Ticket in person. This won’t give you 12 months access however.

Please note, we only accept payments through card only.

Do I have to buy an Annual Ticket?

No, but it’s the only ticket you can buy when booking in advance online and it offers the best value for money. The Annual Ticket enables you to return to Jodrell Bank within 12 months. It also enables us to treat your ticket as a donation, meaning that if you’re a UK taxpayer, we can claim 25p for every £1 at no extra cost to you.

What does my Annual Ticket include?

Your annual ticket allows for return visits within 12 months of purchase. You will still need to book your Admission Timeslots (the date and time of your booking), but once you have an Annual Ticket, you’ll be able to do this for free. Parking is also included free of charge.
Annual Tickets do not include event tickets, or add-ons such as Dome Shows.

When does my Annual Pass begin?

Annual passes will last for 12 months from the date of purchase

I already have an Annual Ticket, do I still have to book my visit?

Yes, you can just book your timeslot online, using your Annual Ticket number.

Can I make a group or school booking?

Yes, selected bookings are now open for schools here. And adult groups, here.

I have access requirements, what can I do to ensure my visit goes smoothly?

You can read our access information here or contact us in advance if you have specific needs

Who is counted as a concession?

A concession means a senior citizen, student
A senior citizen is aged 65 years and over
A student means an adult or senior who holds any type of valid photographic identity card showing that they are a student (part or full time)

Is there a car parking charge?

No, visitor parking is included in your entry ticket.
